HTTP Status 500 error : root cause org.com.CORBA.COM_failure...

Users  send http post request using Rest API . These are not SAS users and they don't use proc http.
These requests run stored process and return the result as an xml. Before reboot no such error occurred.

The error message is

"HTTPS Status 500 - request processing failed : nested exception is com.sas.web.services.WSException:
Exception occurred while executing or preparing to execute "name_of_the_stored_process" with root cause

org.omg.CORBA.COM_failure: Insufficient information provided for a connection to the metadata server"
Any suggestions on how to address this issue.
