Hi,

I have written 6 stored processes to generate a dashboards. When I am trying to execute all the six stored process simultaneously from a custom portlet in Information Delivery Portal, it is throwing out the following error. I never specified any location to save the gif file in the program.

ERROR: Unable to open D:\SAS\TAVANT\Lev1\SASMain\sasgraph.gif because file is in use.
ERROR: Unable to open graphics device I/O because file is in use.
ERROR: Unable to initialize graphics device.
ERROR: Driver SASGDGIF will not load.

Can somebody help me !

Hi!
I assume that you have followed this note and are giving each SAS/Graph output a unique NAME=??

That still may not be what's causing your issue. Your best bet for a quick resolution is to contact SAS Technical Support, because they have a better ability to review 6 stored processes and debug the problem.

To contact SAS Technical Support, review the information at this site:

Good luck!
