Enabling XCMD in SAS VIYA

Hello,

I am trying to figure out how to enable XCMD in SAS VIYA for jobs that are being executed through the Job Executioner.  Our system has  /opt/sas/viya/config/etc/spawner/default/ spawner_usermods.sh and we have allowxcmd option there. In other posts I see a mention of a SPRE spawner config but our installation does not have any other. spawner_usermods.sh files. 

Anyone have any advice on how to move this forward?
