Actually, YES!, SASPy is now available in SAS University Edition as of late last year. So if you get the current version, or update the version you have, you can now use SASPy in UE. The SAS_Kernel is also available, and was available prior to SASPy itself being included.

Hi, @Michaelcwang2. No, sasPy isn't installed on SAS University Edition and to install it would require access that isn't available to you.

@Michaelcwang2 If you're affiliated with a University, check with the IT department. You can usually get a full edition of SAS as a student, either for free or very low cost.
