Documentation for AMO 4.3 Input Streams?

We just upgraded to AMO 4.3 and one of the features I was really looking forward to was specifying input streams (http://support.sas.com/documentation/cdl/en/whatsnew/62580/HTML/default/viewer.htm#amowhatsnew43.htm). However, I can't seem to find any documentation on how to use them. Anyone got any good sources?
