Has anyoen ever encountered a situation where they were unable to delete data sets within a specific SAS libary using Proc Datasets when the code was run as a stored process, while having no issues/problems doing so when run from an EG code node? When I run the exact same code from a code node, the data sets are deleted (as intended) without any issues. However, when I run the exact same code as a stored process, the log is telling me that it can't (delete them) because they are currently in use (which they're not, at least not by anything that the stored process it itself.). These are SPDE tables that I am attempting to programmatically delete. Any ideas?

Hi,

depending on which server your STP is running (workspace vs. stored process server) it will use a different user. Probably this could cause the error(s) you receive?
