BI for Survey Research company

I work for a survey research company. My boss has asked me to research SAS BI. I found vast amount information out on the SAS site. But nothing specific regarding the survey industry. If anyone has BI they use for the survey research type of work, if you can provide some info, examples etc.
I can really use your help.
