Hi folks,
We have the following situation. Our customer has SAS 9.4 M6, with VA 7.4, installed on Oracle Cloud (Oracle Linux OS). The cloud is configure to access only by internal network (not IP public). SAS EG and other products works fine but we have problems to use VA.
If we access VA directly on server, SAS VA loads pages fast and works fine. If we access VA through a machine in the same network segment, everything works perfects too. Our problem is access SAS VA from others machine that are not in the same network segment.
The problem appears to be a "lost" contact with SAS server when pages components are downloading for the first time (any page, home, report designer, etc). The solution is reload the pages until finally all components are download. Sametimes 4, 5 or more reload are needed. We validated this behaviuor through Google Crome Developer Tools. After the cache is created, everything works fine too.
We verify iptables on SAS Server and it's already disabled. We tried to connect to other SAS installation (through internet, outside the company network) and it's works fine, so firewall appears to not blocking anything.
We already opened a ticket with SAS Support but until now we can't able to find the cause of the problem.
Any suggestion?
