Platform Recommendation for SAS Viya 4 Deployment

We have a planned deployment of SAS Viya 4 on a Red Hat OpenShift (v4.16) cluster. The customer’s OCP team has indicated that they have Red Hat OpenShift available on both OCI and Bare-metal platforms. 
 
They are seeking confirmation on which of the two platforms—OCI or Bare-metal—would offer better performance for SAS Viya 4, assuming that all resource requirements are met as per the EEC sizing guidelines

Bare Metal is the best but you need to confirm its tested from RnD or not
