Lost article on SAS 9 on WIN

Some time ago, I saw an article by perhaps SAS person, the topic was give n take on why it is better to keep the sas administration using installer ID etc although any person who is an administrator technically could do it.  The gist was that over time their will be permission issue seepage.

 

I have spent different combinations to search but no luck and yes, I am not hallucinating 🙂

 

Anyone has it book marked? (I did too but not finding it)
