The client has an EGRC 6.1 server with 3 (Meta+App) (VA) and (Middle) tires. the system is very slow and I'm facing the below error
HTTP Status 500 - JTA transaction unexpectedly rolled back (maybe due to a timeout); nested exception is javax.transaction.RollbackException: Error in committing: could not flush state image null com.atomikos.persistence.LogException - rolling back instead
in EGRC logs, workflow logs and while connecting with SASContentServer/dircontents.jsp
I'm not able to retrieve workflow templates from workflow studio and response time is more than 3 minutes.
Can you please update how can I fix the error.

I think it would be good to contact SAS Technical Support for this type of question, as there will likely be multiple iterations for information gathering and testing.

I'm getting the same error using SAS Financial Management 5.6
As stated SAS Tech Support is the best option for this type of problem.
