Has anyone successfully gotten an email from the new support community?
I have gone to My Profile-->Settings-->Subscriptions & Notifications
and turned one most of the options, but I have not received any email at all.
I am interested in getting email when someone posts to the Stats or IML community, or when a post that I have answered has activity.

I've received emails from the new support community.
I assume you have also subscribed in the group as well? For instance, in the IML community, https://communities.sas.com/t5/SAS-IML-Software-and-Matrix/bd-p/sas_iml click on the Options button at the top and select Subscribe. You then will see it listed in your profile area My Profile -> Settings -> Subscriptions & Notifications. I did this for a few groups and am getting the email notifications.

Who marked this "solved"? I am the OP and I didn't mark it. Are the @Lithium-Admin folks marking posts solved?
If so, please "un-mark." I will decide when someone has solved my problem.

I received an email notification stating @LainieH had marked my answer to the question as an acceptable solution. I'm sure she will unmark it as per your request.
Did what I suggest help or had you already done that and you're not receiving the emails?

I had already done what you suggested. I've attached a screenshot of the Subscriptions & Norifications tab. Do you have check marks next to the Boards that you are getting email for? I don't.
It is also possible that my company's spam filter is preventing messages from reaching me. Can an somone post the From: field for emails so that I can add iot to my safe senders list?
Is anyone from SAS getting emails, other then the Community Administrators?

Seems like you've done the same steps I did. I don't have check marks next to the Boards I've subscribed to. I think the check marks are for when you want to delete them, using the option above.
Good question to ask if other SAS staff members (apart from the Community Administrators) are receiving emails.

@Rick_SAS - it was me - sorry about that. I think you posted this before we spoke yesterday but I unmarked it.
UPDATE: Lanie helped me troubleshoot this problem. For me it is a spam filter issue. Lainie showed me how to access the Quarrantine location for out corporate email server. It contains all of the emails that the Support Communities has been sending to me.
She is working with SAS IT people to try to resolve the issue for me and for other SAS employees.
I have received some emails from the new site. I have gotten email with weekly updates. Notification of badges earned. Notifications of accepted answers. Before I would get a email everytime that someone posted on any thread that I had previously posted a reply to. I have not been receiving that type of email with the new system.

There is a setting in preferences that you need to check to get the emails. It is not checked by default. I think in the Jive environment it was set as the default. @LainieH - perhaps this could be set as default?
In your Preferences> Preference Options, check the setting "Automatically subscribe me to topics or reviews I participate in" as per the screenshot below.
