Once in awhile, people post question in a language that does not have it's on forum (Regional Hub).
Of course, you can copy the text to Google translate to get a notion of what the topic is about.
But wouldn't be nice if there was a translate feature, like you have on Twitter and other social networks?
This could be useful if you wish to peek into the Regional Hubs as well.
I understand of course this probably has to be an offered feature of the Community platform to be feasible to implement...

The Adobe forums have a translate feature built-in, with about 12 languages available to translate from/to. I think (but am not 100% sure) that SAS and Adobe use the same platform.
We do use the same platform as Adobe and a number of other companies (the vendor is Khoros).
Khoros does not have built-in translation, but an integration is possible -- however, it's very involved and comes with some compromises. See our friends at community.jmp.com for the experience.
One of the compromises -- a big one for our community -- is that for posts that contain code the process would try to translate that too -- unless it is marked off as code using one of the code formatting tools we have. Lots of posts don't do that.
We work with our colleagues in other regions to build hubs in local language -- see the Hubs menu for a list. That's been our approach for now, but we are always open to exploring more.
