Standstill while trying to install updates

I am trying to install updates for SAS student edition and the installation has remained at 0% for the past 10 minutes....I have tried restarting the program about 5 times and am curious if anyone else has had any issues with this? I use Google Chrome and have a mac.

SAS UE has had a number of issues with the Chrome browser. Easiest might be to try another browser. However since you have had problems you may need to uninstall the existing version and start over.
