Satisfaction Survey on Documentation Pages

When navigating the documentation the page isn't resolving properly and a satisfaction survey is overlapping the navigation pane on the right hand side.

Sometimes this is fine, but other times it blocks out the values you want to expand and you have to find another way to get to the page you want. 

This is across multiple browsers (Safari, Chrome, Firefox) and multiple devices (ipad, Macbook, iMac, HP with Windows 7).
