Notification Feed

Lately it looks like the notification feed isn't working properly. It switches from a number to 0 depending on the page and sometimes when it shows a number and I click it, it still shows no notifications. Refreshing usually brings up the feed.

Seems to be getting worse every day. A dozen refresh and I keep getting the same lie

"You don't have any notifications. Try posting a new topic or question to see some activity here."

This new forum is really quite something!
