Not receiving notification update for a new response

I'm afraid I haven't received the regular notification update although there has been newer responses after mine(my post) in a thread I participated.  I would appreciate some fix on this issue. Thanks & regards!

Now this seems to work alright but the last 30 mins, there really was a problem. Sorry for bringing this up

Thank you mam, While my knowledge of computers besides SAS is negative infinity, I assume that could have been something to do with DePaul lab computers/network. I really appreciate the super fast response.
