What is a sponsor?

How is sponsor oversight measured?

How do any of these relate to SAS?

And I'm sure there would be more needed to actually provide a meaningful response.

Your question may well be very company specific as well but you need to remove gargon. For instance do you have a clue what is going on when I ask something like

Which METT factors are you considering to meet the LD/LC coordination times?
