Read this new article from @AlexBeaver, sharing a preview of some changes coming to the SAS Technical Support experience.

 

SAS is implementing a new customer portal experience, which will change how you add and manage your Technical Support cases. We'll also be updating the support knowledge base with a new system that makes it easier to find your answers.  We're updating some of our long-used "home grown" systems with a modern support platform that can evolve to support you in new ways. More information to come with details about what you can expect, but consider this a teaser that "changes are on the way".

 

And of course, you'll always have the community here to help you find answers from peers and experts at SAS!
