Finding work

Hi, I am a recent grad from NAU in Technology Management, and possess the Base SAS certification but cannot find SAS employment. 

I lack meaningful in-house experience. Looking to become a Clinical SAS programmer but will gladly take a positon as a Base SAS  programmer. I am looking for a mentor and or meaningful advice that will lead to SAS employment.

I am in Phoenix, Arizona. I would be willing to relocate, work remotely or even telecommunte by some work on site and some at home.

Also I have no experience with the banking industry but have been dabbling in the clinical industry.
