where did "Manage Environment" Has moved to (VA 7.3 vs 7.5)

SAS 9.4 on WIN M8 single machine deployment.

In VA 7.3 I could access "Manage Environment" as:

• Log into http://<SAS_Middle_Tier>:<port>/SASVisualAnalyticsHub  as the Lasradm User
• Select Administrator from  the menu that opens upon selecting the Home button    in the upper left corner
• Select File ð Preferences         <<===== in 7.5 I could not find it, I have tried clicking & looking everywhere, even directly logging under Administrator URL ---
• Select Manage Environment

Does SAS provide any document that notes the changes in graphics or design?

At this juncture, I just want to access the "Manage Environment" ... how do I do that?   (I really am not this slow)

I think what you're looking for is accessed by selecting the user icon in the top right corner and choosing "Settings". "Manage Environment" is under "SAS Environment Manager Administration".
