Currently our sas viya is only accessible only our network, how to make sas viya accessible on public internet ( without requiring VPN)?

IIRC, that's not an easy answer, you should talk to SAS tech support.

The answers to this greatly depend on your organisation's IT security rules, configuration and settings. You should engage with your IT Security people to get agreement on settings that would be acceptable to them.

Opening a platform to the outside that delivers a programming interface is a security nightmare.
