sas risk management for banking

I am currently using sas 9.4 but in need of "sas risk management for banking" anyone can help me how can i get it ? 
is this entirely a new software of just some addition in sas 9.4.

I am not very genius about software terms and stuff. can you tell me that i have to buy it separately or it can be integrated into sas 9.4 for free, by pay or by some procedure or adding some stuff ??

When you say SAS 9.4, I think you're referring to the Base SAS http://www.sas.com/en_us/software/base-sas.html

The solutions are a larger collection of software - they typically include Base as part of the offering (they may include additional analytical and solution specific procs as well as product specific macros), but also databases, SAS/ACCESS engines, Web components (application servers and web applications)  as well as other products like Visual Analytics and Enterprise Business Intelligence. 

They would be licensed at an additional cost beyond Base.
