restrict SAS Viya tools

Hi All,

Is there anyway , we can restrict/hide the users from accessing the SAS Viya tools from actions tab (VA, model manager,Decision manager, etc) . 

ex: We have 10 users, 5 users  to see/access only Visual analytics tool and remaining users to model manager and decision manager,etc
