We have restarted the environment and we see the correct number of LDAP users : 10000

after some timesome accounts are missing .

If we count again after some time

sas-admin  identities list-users --limit 100000 > /tmp/identusers

we see 3000 users.

If we reload the identities in environment manager, we have to repeat this 3 or 4 times to see the right amount of 10000.

Maybe some one run into this problem and has a solution.

Your identities microservice log may contain some information about why it is not able to get all the identities from LDAP.
More information on troubleshooting the identities service can be found here:

You may wish to create a technical support track so we can review your log with you.

We increased the session timeout , after that the identities are always correctly loaded.
