install sas in grace period

Hi ,

I m installing sas software with original license but its in a grace period .its showing error as .The specified sas installation data file is not valid to platform of this machine

it will take some time to get new SID file in my company so  what is the problem can any one help me on this........

I would suggest opening a track with SAS Tech Support.

The message "not valid to platform" most likely means you are trying to install on a different OS version than intended.
