how to reassign main dictionary path when reinstall SAS

I just reinstalled windows system and SAS to my PC. However, I mistakenly chooes dektop as my installation path at the first time. Though I stop the installation step when I realise this, I can't change the path later for the window of assigning path doesn't show up again.  Could anyone help me to reassign the path of installation?

SAS Help Center: Miscellaneous Command-Line Options

Just need to use cmd mode to execute the setup.exe -changesashome code, then the SASHOME path could be change again.
