can SAS 9.4 run on a surface pro 11th edition?

I am planning to get a new system and like the surface pro line, however it is to my understanding that the processor is ARM based (snapdragon x plus and snapdragon x elite). Can SAS 9.4 run without any issues on this system?

If you check @Nigel_Pain 's link then you will see that only Intel / AMD-style x86 processor architectures are supported not ARM.
