I installed SAS Viya 3.5 Visual Investigator. I added the users who will access the VI to the following groups.
However, when I log in with the user, the VI does not open, the circle rotates. If I also add the user to the SAS Administrator group, the VI suddenly opens. VI works but we have a permission problem. What am I missing?
I would recommend engaging SAS Technical Support on this. Usually when we see hangs in the visual interface it means the application running in the browser is getting something it doesn't expect back from some service. The browser console and network trace usually need to be analyzed to identify which object is at fault.
