Hi Team,

Few SAS Users unable to get New flow window after selecting new flow option under schedule manager plugin. Could you please guide me on steps to troubleshoot this issue. Attached both screenshots for reference.

Usually when we see this type of behavior it has to do with the window spawning in an unexpected location, are you able to move the SMC window to see if the pop-up is behind it?

This info will be helpful, user able to access from other user machine without any issue. Asked user to re-install the application, hoping this step will resolve the issue.

Reinstallation of SMC application resolved the issue.
