One user facing a issue that he is able to view the data in SAS ECM ( Enterprise Case Management )prior to October 12th and not able to view after that. Can any one help us what is the root cause and how to resolve it. Your help much appreciated.

In this case, I would check and ensure this user has similar group memberships and permissions on:
SAS metadata
File Systems
Databases
Did you already have the chance to check those group memberships already?
