User Permissions in SAS Viya 3.3 - Restrict Users in Creating Folders

Hello,

i would like to forbid Users to create Folders in SAS Viya 3.3. I understand, that you can give Permissions on Folders, that are already created. But how to give permissions for the Level above and make sure, not every user can create Folders in SAS Viya?

Initially, only members of the SAS Administrators group can add top-level folders. The permissions for child members are described here: SAS® Viya® 3.3 Administration -> General Authorization -> Permissions by Task
