Hello,

Can you unlock sastrust@saspw account without connecting to sas amanagement console?

I'm facing some issue to launching the xclock with Mobaxterm due to IP subnet issue.

Hi @japsas100 ,

why don't you connect with a SAS Management Console installed in a Windows client? Just an idea.

Then another idea, if you have a middle tier and SAS EVM fully working, is for you to try the SAS Environment Manager, as it has some user administration capabilities. I am looking at my M7 and if you select the SAS Trusted User, then edit within the Accounts tab, you will be able to enable the account and all the other actions possible in SAS Management Console.

I hope this can help!

We are using sas 9.2 so SAS EVM available in 9.4 only.

As already mentioned connecting from a PC-installed Management Console should work and you can use your own user account in the connection profile.
