Uninstall OR Unconfigure - the first step - for doing the re-installation of SAS VA

Hello Team,

As we are facing the configuration errors, need to un-install and re-install some of the products.

Please let me know whether Un-Configure or Un-install, which needs to be done first. 

SAS VA 7.5 needs to be re-install again in the Non-Distributed environment.

Either:- First unconfigure --> uninstall ---> reinstall

OR

First uninstall-->unconfigure---->reinstall

You must unconfigure products before you uninstall them.  So, as you stated:  unconfigure --> uninstall ---> reinstall

So, unconfigure and un-install should be done in all the servers.

We have topology as : 1Meta, 2 Compute & 1 Web. The license has been for Non-distributed.

Can you suggest on this.

Hi.  We don't have enough information about the problem you are trying to solve to advise you that you must unconfigure and uninstall all the software on all servers.

However, if your goal is to remove all of the software and start over, then unconfigure and uninstall must be done on all servers.
