Unable to run SAS University Edition

I have downloaded the SAS University version and also have installed the Install Oracle VirtualBox. I followed the instructions provided on the link    http://support.sas.com/software/products/university-edition/docs/en/SASUniversityEditionQuickStartVi...

But in the step 4, I am getting an error  which says "Failed to open a session for the virtual machine SAS-University-Edition". Can anybody help???
