Unable to create the mirror repository in oracle linux 7.9

I am trying to install SAS Viya 3.5 on Oracle Linux 7.9 and getting the below mentioned error.

Request you to please help to resolve.

Looks like it may be an issue with your mirrormgr download. You may need to download it again:
https://support.sas.com/en/documentation/install-center/viya/deployment-tools/35/mirror-manager.html
