Unable to Register the Tables for ODBC connection to Oracle,

we have connected the Oracle Through ODBC Connector 
We can see View the Tables when we try to register through SASMC, but it is failing to register the Tables,

Please have a look at this for https://documentation.sas.com/doc/en/bicdc/9.4/bidsag/p1ua3w6gly44b4n1n9mg6shwiwm1.htm for using proc metalib.  One needs to establish connection to metadata server.
