Three things to note for SAS admins: April 2018

I can’t believe we are already in Q2 of 2018! And SAS Global Forum is in the history books. If you attended the conference, I hope you found it informative and fun (and I hope we had a chance to chat). The admin community continued to hum along, and there were topics I certainly missed while in Denver.

Here are just three of my “don’t miss” items from April:

• Gerry Nelson provided a helpful article on uniform resource identifiers (URI) in SAS Viya. URIs are used to define authorization rules governing the privileges users have within the Viya system.

• Even Super Users need help sometimes! @KurtBremser wanted to know how to change the program editor font in Unix. SAS Super FREQ @Bruno_SAS swooped in with the answer!

• A new SAS administrator had questions about management console. She received a warm welcome and the help she needed (from @Kurt_Bremser, told you he was a Super User).
