Term of Use statement

I am looking for the options on adding a Term of Use statement to the SAS Information Portal website.  I see you can do many customizations but I don’t see anything related to this.   We are running on 9.4 Can someone help.

We have a Terms of Use statement on our logon/logoff pages. Straightforward instructions are located here:
