Single machine SAS 9.4 Deployments

We are in the process of upgrading to SAS 9.4M9 EBI server on a Windows machine.
One of the menu options is  as follows

Trying to understand what of the option small, medium and large represent.
Can anybody guide?

The option is about the sizes of the Java Virtual Machines, as described in the MidTier admin guide, fine turning chapter.
