Hi,

I'm using SAS EM via Citrix and all projects that I'm creating are saved under a common folder that other users' folder are saved there. We can see each other projects but we have just access to our projects.

One of my colleagues has a problem with a project and need help. At OS level I have access rights on his project folder(just this project) to work on it, but I can't see it under my username folder or his username folder.

How can we share this project in the common folder? Or if you have any suggestion that how we can do this(in the common folder)?

Thanks.

If by "username folder" you mean a SAS folder in metadata, look at the authorization tabs of these. The owner or sasadmin might have to set necessary permissions for a common group of your users, or set specific permissions for you.
