Hi - We are trying to schedule a job flow using Schedule Manager and getting an error.

1. Login as user as unrestricted

2. Right Click on the deployed job and selecting Schedule Flow

3. Popup Window opens with user name and password filled in.

4. Click Ok and getting attached error.

Attached error for your reference. Your help is highly appreciated.

Thank You

Hello @Gooty5,

if you use that scheduler, yes of course, to schedule and to tun the jobs as scheduled.

If you use another scheduler, as LSF (if you have it) or the Operating System scheduler, then no, you won't.

Hello @Gooty5,

do you intend to schedule on the DIS? Or the Operating System Scheduler?

Is your SAS DIS service started? Can you validate it?

If yes, please check your log SAS-configuration-directory\Config\LevN\Web\Applications\SASWIPSchedulingServices9.4\dip\serviceLog\DIP_JobRunner_hostname.log

Then check the following:

Hi JuanS_OCS - Yes. We would like to schedule on Distributed In-Process Services Scheduling Server.

Did you mean validate DIP Scheduling Server by verifying if SAS [Config-Lev1] DIP JobRunner is running?

Thank You

Hi JuanS_OCS - One clarification. DIP Scheduling server should be up and running to schedule a flow for deployed job?

Thank You
