Hello,
We have recently changed all the password sas (installer account) sasadm@saspw, sastrust@saspw, sassrv. After changes the password we are unable to connect UI with your own window credentials. I noticed sastrsust@saspw always locked after passing correct credentials in UI.
Any advise please?

Study the metadata server logs to see which process is responsible for locking the sastrust account.

1.In a typical configuration, sastrust@saspw does not take part in user authentication
2.As @Kurt_Bremser has said you must look at the metadata server log. In addition do check the object spawner log.
