Sas installation error

Hi I am unable to install sas eg in my pc can anyone help on this issue...

Installing SAS EG on a PC is a straight forward process.
Remove the previous install ( and clean the registry keys if you can).

Reboot the PC and try again.
SAS depot includes an independent installer for SAS EG which is in the form of windows executable. If possible use this.

Check if your PC user account has administrator permission to your PC. That is one possible reason for these types of errors.
