SAS93 x64 installation issue

Hi all,

Trying to perform an unattended install of SAS93 x64 native on Win7 X64.

Installation seems to be successful, but when SAS is starten with enhanced editor I keep getting:

"object's class is not registered in the registration database"

I tried to reregister the ocx without success. Is there a way to reinstall enhanced editor for SAS93? There was a procedure for 92, but I can't find the setup sources to reinstall ee in 93.

This was due to the missing VC++ redistr prereq...

I have just done a similar install sas93 x86 on W7 64b

there was no request for some prerequesite after  the system examination phase

but when i open sas i encounter the same message  in french  as yours

Could you explain more about the solution your have applied (the exact file names you have applied after)

without reinstall?

I had to add "VC++ 2005 SP1 redistrib" and "WSE 3.0" insatll to my installation tasksequences (unattended install).
