@Aasth ,

Thanks, I see the following message in the log:

SEVERE: java.io.IOException: No space left on device
java.io.FileOutputStream.writeBytes(Native Method)
java.io.FileOutputStream.write(FileOutputStream.java:342)
com.sas.ssn.Utils.streamData(Utils.java:265)
com.sas.ssn.Utils.extractFileFromZip(Utils.java:3813)
com.sas.ssn.Utils.extractFilesFromZip(Utils.java:3775)
com.sas.ssn.HotFix.extractHotFix(HotFix.java:186)
com.sas.ssn.PanelSystemCheck$InstallInitializationThread.run(PanelSystemCheck.java:514)

Please make sure that you have enough disk space on the server. I'm wondering to see the output from "df -h" command.

See Installation Note 35525: Controlling the use of the /tmp directory space in SAS® 9.2 or later
