Dear team,
I am trying to install SAS on zos mainframe test environment where already SAS is installed. As soon as I am reaching the last stage after running my installtion script (./setup.rexx -nojobsubmit -console) I donot gets any Error/Success message and looks like some kind of error (Exception in thread "Thread-28" java.lang.NullPointerException). I am not sure why this is happening. Please note that SAS is already running successfully in test environment but I am trying to create installtion files so that i will update SAS 9.4 M2 with SAS 9.4 M5. Could you please have a look. I am using Java Runtime Environment: /usr/lpp/java/J7.0 and SASHome: /home/xxxxx/SASHome but not the usr/lpp as used for the first installation. Thanks for your support.
