SAS Web Serve always shows installation error

When I installed SAS, the SAS Web Serve always shows installation error. How can i solve this problem?  Thanks for the answer.

The screenshot of the error, the reference error text, the log file referenced by the error, your OS/version, your SAS version and maintenance, your SAS solution/product(s), etc etc.
