SAS Web APP Server Not restarting after applying Hotfix - BAd Gateway Error 502

We recently applied Hotfix V75010pt to our Dev Server after upgrading Java . the hotfix was applied with no error but we got an error that said: Bad Gateway The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.  Could you please help us with this issue?

I believe this may take a bit more specific diagnosis using your Web App Server log and Tech Support.
