How would I attach to a localm sql db on the maching I am running hte browser on?

SAS Viya for Learners operates in a locked-down state where you don't have adminstrator capabilities to set up connections to external databases. You could however extract data from that database into a delimited data file, then upload it and import it into SAS Viya for Learners.
